Regular Delivery :
Estimated delivery time up to 14 working days.
All ordering processes only take place on working days, which are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm Malaysia. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 5pm are processed on the next business day. All packages are shipped from Monday to Friday.
Purchases in large quantities may add 1-3 business days for delivery. Goods can be packed in bulk.
Specific items can take between 5-15 business days to ship.
NOTE: Our items may be shipped from some fulfillment warehouses. Therefore, you may receive purchases in separate packages.

SOUKASHOP is not responsible for delays that may be incurred by shipping companies due to circumstances beyond their control. These include (but are not limited to) weather conditions, mechanical delays, equipment failures.
SOUKASHOP is not responsible for any delays that may be incurred by the shipping company due to incomplete address information, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
All packages are insured upon leaving SOUKASHOP. If the package is damaged during shipment, you should not receive the package without properly documenting the damage. SOUKASHOP is not responsible for items damaged during delivery.
