1. WHO WE ARE
We are ANR Multitech Sdn Bhd doing business at No 107, Blok 2, Tingkat 1 Laman Seri Business Park, Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia (“SOUKASHOP”).
These Terms and Conditions are our intellectual property. Any use by third parties, including only excerpts of the Terms and Conditions, for commercial purposes of offering goods and / or services is not permitted. Violation of these terms & conditions may result in legal action.
2. DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions:
“Account” means the SOUKASHOP Account that you need to register on our Platform if you wish to submit an Order;
“Application” means our SOUKASHOP mobile application on iOS and Android;
“Business Day” means a working day from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm in Malaysia, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays;
“Order Confirmation” means our email sent to you, confirming your Order as per clause 6.2 below;
“Contract” means your Product Order which we accept in accordance with these Terms and Conditions as per clause 6.2 below;
“Customer” means each individual who places an Order on the Platform;
“Order” means an Order that you place on the Platform to purchase Products from us;
“Platform” means the SOUKASHOP Application and Website collectively and other websites or applications that we may own or operate from time to time, each of which shall be referred to as the “Platform”;
“Website” means the SOUKASHOP website accessed at https://soukashop.my;
“You” means the Customer or guest;
The reference “clause” is the clause of these Terms and Conditions;
The title is for ease of reference only and will not affect the interpretation or construction of the Terms and Conditions;
Singular words also include double plurals and vice versa. Gender words also include each gender and references to people also include individuals, companies, corporations, firms or partnerships;
The reference to “include” in a word or expression means without limitation.
3. ELIGIBILITY
To place an order or deal with SOUKASHOP, you must be over eighteen (18) years of age. If you are under 18, you can place an order with SOUKASHOP only with the involvement of a parent or guardian
